  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents are not eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1 business days.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at contact@grabbfitgmail.com with details and photos of the issue.


Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
